The private homes of the city opened their courtyards to the public, creating an itinerary made of aromas, flavors and skills.

In 2001 it was decided to carry out a unitary project with the participation of other Municipalities of Gallura. Thus was born Autumn in Barbagia. Today the event is enjoying considerable success and represents a significant food and wine and artistic event. Keeper of ancient knowledge and traditions, he passes them on to today's public in an itinerant journey through 28 inland towns.
